HI- I am new here as well. I am 44 yo and was diagnosed with PCOS at age 29 secondary to infertility. I have a 13 yo son. I am up to my all time highest weight. Been on and off lowcarb for the past 10 years. Losing and gaining. I have decided that 2015 is the year I will get back on track with my weightloss and PCOS symptoms with perimenopause symptoms- I am very miserable.
