Default Cautiously Hopeful

So I have been on a medically guided elimination diet since the 9th of Sep. And I have started working out under a personal trainer twice a week. And I have lost 9lbs. I have struggled to lose weight for years with the PCOS always being an issue. This seems to be working thus far, hopefully it will continue to move me in a downward direction.
