Default symptoms of impending cycle??

Hi all...just wondering what everyone else's experiences are or were when their cycle started to regulate after enough weight loss.

i have lost about 15% of my body weight (40ish lbs)yay!! i have been having what i consider cramps since April 1st... mind you...i haven't had a regular period in so long i couldn't tell you what is normal for me. i have had these cramps for about 12 days but haven't actually started my period. My next appt w my Dr is may 15 and i plan on goin over this with her..but in the meantime...just wondering if anyone else experienced this after their weight loss and first period after it being absent for a long time.

thanks for any input!

Congrats on your weight loss!!!

Can't really answer you question because my cycles were always around but a long time inbetween however...
Have you ever tracked your temperature? (it a fertility trick)
Your body temperature is low for the first part of your cycle then spikes after ovulation for a few days then drops when TOM starts again...
I found this site as an example...

Might be interesting to try while you are waiting!
