I have the IR diet book too and found the plan very good (and it worked!) though it's not aimed at PCOS specifically. I tried another couple of books that were more PCOS focused but they were difficult to read and I found a lot of them were a waste of money. The Colette Harris book gets good reviews online but it wasn't great for me.
