Default PCOS question

So, I have had PCOS for many years, but just recently I have started to notice something. Whenever I am trying to do exercises that require me to bend over (like sitting on the floor, and putting your arms down and lowering your upper body) it feels like I have a bubble inside my lower abdomen around my uterus.

Now, I am not pregnant... all negatives there. But this has been happening since December, and today just sitting in my computer chair has become bothersome. I do not have a physician, nor can I honestly afford one. I had an ER visit in February and they couldn't find anything wrong, no signs of cancer or anything, so I was wondering if this is a symptom of PCOS that has just now reared its ugly head??
