Default 2013 - February PCOS Exercise Thread

Hello everyone!

Come back, come back, from where-ever you are!

This is a thread to help you keep track of your exercise, to document that you're exercising. This is how we do it:

- We add up everyone's minutes into Group Minutes
- You add your minutes exercising to the Group Minutes
- We keep track of everyone's minutes

And don't forget, exercising is so critical for the human body... this is a great link at Mark's Daily Apple that explains why exercise is not just for weight loss: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/i-hate-to-exercise/

But even more, exercise is good for PCOS women: http://pcosdiva.com/a-diva-takes-met...re-of-herself/

*I hurt my knee and I had to stop exercising. My Monday 30 minutes was walking out of a spinning class because it just wasn't "right". I hurt my knee last week. I went back to Pilates today because I need to move, but my knee is definitely sore/swollen. MRI next week to see what's wrong. Doc thinks I may have cartilage floating around behind the knee cap.

I give up!

I've been exercising, but limited because of my knee. Although it's been feeling so great, I keep forgetting to take the antiinflammatories I'm supposed to be taking.

Aw -- take a rest on the knee, Rana.

It isn't giving up forever or entirely. It's taking the appropriate care of you that you need to take right now.

As for New march thread.... I made it over here.
