Hello everyone!
Come back, come back, from where-ever you are! This is a thread to help you keep track of your exercise, to document that you're exercising. My Monday 30 minutes was walking out of a spinning class because it just wasn't "right". I hurt my knee last week. I went back to Pilates today because I need to move, but my knee is definitely sore/swollen. MRI next week to see what's wrong. Doc thinks I may have cartilage floating around behind the knee cap. |
I give up!
I've been exercising, but limited because of my knee. Although it's been feeling so great, I keep forgetting to take the antiinflammatories I'm supposed to be taking. |
Aw -- take a rest on the knee, Rana.
