Anyone take PGX to help with insulin resistance?

Hi everyone, I have had pcos for about 10 years and just about a year ago found out I'm also insulin resistant. PGX has recently been recommended to me by a few people. Apparently it can help make your body more sensitive to the insulin. Wondering if anyone here has tried it and had any successful results?
