2012 - August PCOS EXERCISE Thread
Hello guys,
We did a FABULOUS job last month! With a total of 5539 minutes of exercise -- and that's not even counting all of you who didn't even post about your exercise here -- we kicked July's butt worth of exercising. That was 92 hours worth of exercise for the month. That means in total we were exercising like 3 hours a day, every day, on average! I was going to jump in last month, but I do quite a bit of exercise (no car...I get to bike anywhere that I want to go) and figured if I clumped my minutes it would just look silly.

Bad food day (1700 calories...eep) but I'd say that I made up for it with exercise :p

Awesome Hotaruchan! And yeah, just put in the whole group... I also use my bike a lot, but I just don't bother with those minutes... like you said, it would be silly. So, I'm just counting the exercise classes I do.
