2012 February PCOS Exercise Thread
Last month's thread: January 2012 Exercise Thread
We accomplished over 3310 minutes of exercise! That's 55 hours or like almost doing 2 hours of exercise a day! 
Let's get this month started, since it's a short month (although we get an extra day!).
