Well I stuck to exercise over Christmas and the new year, was reasonably good with food (around 1700 -1800cal most days) but am on a different brand of metformin and 6lbs has crept back on in 3 weeks.
I totally accept that eating 300-400 more calories a day will add up to 8400 cals - so 2-3lbs but I can't workout why I have the extra 3lbs.
I found I responded better the the second lot of metformin I was given but pharmacies seem to change what brand of metformin they dish out all the time - could i request it from a specific supplier?
I'm gutted at how much i have put on as it was so hard to lose in the first place. I see my gyn in 3 weeks and at the moment I am the same weight as i saw her in october. I am so disappointed in myself.
