I am going through spurts. It's been a challeng for me too cause I was Marathon Training and need to eat the carbs, yet the insulin resistance packed on some Marathon lbs. I found my right ovary causes me more hormal inbalance so every other month I know the struggle to NOT gain is harder because I go Carb Crazy! Last Month was just rediculous, actually probalby the worst yet in 2 years!
what I keep in mind is just awareness! you know you need to, so you make extra efforts to be mindful. I tend to be proactive and allow my body to do what it needs to do as so long as I keep self control, then I'll be fine!
