Has anyone ever had abdominal/uterine tightness? Its in the area right between my hips where my lower abdomen is. It doesn't hurt..its just like I guess tight and a bit uncomfortable if I try to do crunches, push ups or when I get up and down off the floor/couch/chair or if I do some yoga poses. Just wondering if anyone else has had this.

No, no chance. I finally went and got checked by a doctor and it was a puld abdominal muscle I am on orders of not much activity for now.

abdominal tightness?
