How to lower testosteron

What foods/herbs lower testosteron and what foods/herbs increase?

I dunno if there are any that lower testosterone, per se. I DO know lowering insulin helps with lowering testosterone. Cinnamon, GLA, and chromium come to mind for that. The other natural remedy that works very well is regular exercise.
