Default Question

Sooo, I got TOM for the 3rd time this year thing is...most people say they get excruciatingly hungry before or during TOM...I've noticed im different this time round...I think about food a lot and what I COULD have...but when I come down to actually choosing something I find...Im not really that hungry. Anyone else have a decrease in appetite during their TOM?

Yep. Right before I'm a maniac. Once it arrives I feel less cravings.

See I had insatiable cravings like 3 weeks ago...ut not last week or since I started. At least I know I'm not alone in the not craving department

Yeah, I can totally relate. My last TOM, I was craving meat really bad.. I am not a big meat eater, and I very rarely eat red meat. But just before my last TOM, I was literally begging my husband to grill me a steak. I stopped at the grocery store and bought 2 steaks that weighed 1 lb each. When my husband got ready to grill it, I lost my craving and didnt feel like eating anything. I couldnt eat more than a couple of bites. My poor husband was so confused and asked me if I was getting a period because that is his answer for "crazy women problems" . Sure enough, I got my period the next day.

I have insatiable hunger and cravings the week before. The day it starts, I am not hungry whatsoever until 3 or 4 days in. My appetite just vanishes.
