Gaining weight since stopping birth control pills

When i started bcp in November i had lost weight. i was losing 1-2lbs a week, i had lost a total of 16lbs. then at the end of feb i decided to go off the pill because i was afraid of devloping blood clots and i wanted to try to control my pcos the natural way. but since i've gone off the pill i have gained weight. My eating habits are the same i keep on gaining weight. i'm tempted to go back on the pill because i don't want to regain all the weight that i lost.

has anyone else experienced weight gain after going off of the pill.

I'm sorry this is happening to you. I know that some women have been helped with the BCP, so you're not an anomaly in that they were helping you.

But personally, BCP made me keep the weight on, rather than helping me lose it. So, I can't help you in this case.

Hopefully someone else has good advice for you.

A thought just occurred to me........ have you changed your diet in any way or have you been eating the same calories/macros?
