Hi all!
I'm back, I've been back for a day or so, but I've been overwhelmed with everything that I have waiting back from vacay!
So, I did end up gaining weight (I'm a few pounds up) which I know it's a lot of water weight and my body probably just in shock from being able to eat again after the stomach virus.
I need to get back on track (I am, but I just don't see the scale drop immediately) because I need to start traveling again in May and I don't want to gain back 5 lbs!!!!!!!!
So, back to exercise tonight... and this weekend.... and lots of healthy, non processed foods too.
