Peppermint tea
So I researched and read up peppermint seems to do the same as spearmint tea except it doesn't raise estrogen(something I don't need since it can cause excess fat stores). Is anyone else drinking it? If so, is it making you sluggish like sleepy?

I'm not sure what you mean, but I drink peppermint tea for acid indigestion, and it actually works pretty well.

I mean, does it make you drowsy or sleepy? I'm wondering if it is the tea or my hormones are just changing.

I don't care for it. I prefer other teas.
It comes up from time to time here...
Spearmint Tea?
I think that was the most recent.
HTH!

I think it's just you!
I used to drink it all the time and it's supposed to be good for digestion. It never made me sleepy.
