Thanks to all of you who recommended the Insulin Resistance Diet book. Just got it delivered and LOVE it. I definitely qualify for Insulin Resistance - I checked almost ALL of the questions.

This diet sounds almost exactly like my Gestational Diabetes diet that I successfully followed for almost 6 months.

I'm looking forward to following their suggestions. I know it works - it kept me from gaining weight while I was pregnant.

PS I've been sort of lurking every now and then for the past few weeks. It is nice to know you're never alone in your struggles in weight loss or whatever.
