Thought I'd share this article about a study indicating that blueberries helped with insulin use in lab rats. Of course, it was in a study by a blueberry council ...

Blueberries are categorized as a SUPER FOOD because they contain significant amounts of antioxidants, anthocyanins, vitamin C, manganese, and dietary fiber. All very good for you - this doesn't suprise me.
