Default For those of you who count calories...

What kinds of macronutrient ratio are you following and how well is it working for you? I've been having problems losing for the last few weeks and I'm wondering if I need to revamp my diet a little bit. I'm curious what percentage of carbs everyone is eating.

Thanks in advance

I eat 40% carbs and 30% protein and 30% fat. I follow a 1400-1500 cal diet. so far so good. no dramatic weight loss but i feel well and i don't feel like i am starving all the time.
hope i helped.

My goal is 20% -25% healthy fat, 100 grams of protein and just let the carbs fall where they may!
