Thanks. Vitamin D seems to really be key in so many ways. A book I read last year said that in every single instance of autoimmune disease (all of them) the person was deficient in D. Now that doesn't prove causation (it may be effect) but it sure makes you go hmmmm. I supplement with D3 daily now.
