Well I got in all of my water yesterday and stayed on plan with my calories and fat. But today is why I am so tickled. It's only 7am and I already have 17 oz of my water in and I did my yoga this morning and 18 min on the stationary bike. This is huge for me! I haven't done any exercise in months and have never made it longer than 15 min on the bike. I am a bit nauseous tho, and very sweaty! I am going to go make some oatmeal for bfast for me and the kids and take a quick shower. I plan to get in a little more exercise later but have too get DD ready for school now. Mentally I feel so great right now! Hope everyone else is doing good today. I'll check back later.
