Book of Herbs
 

Can anyone recommend a good book that explains different types of Herbs and what it's best to use them for? Something not too complicated that explains things well. Thank you :)

I find most of my info on line.. there are many good sites.
I have Culpepper Herbal and Kitchen Witch herbal in my computer but I am not sure how to post them here as they are large doc.s..

If you know how, let me know and I will gladly share them.

Culpepper is my go to herbal when I can't pick my mom's brain.

Run - is that something I can find online?? I don't know how to post stuff like that on here
