Still on eDiets express and it's going great!
Hi everyone, just wanted to give an update because the last time I posted I was down a little over 30 pounds and now I am down a total of 60 pounds since I began in May! My goal is to lose another 10! This is the first time I've been in shape for so many years and I finally love going shopping for clothes again. :) I went on eDiets express in May and am still on it, I think it is the best food delivery plan and I have tried Nutrisystem but could not stand the food every day and was not losing enough weight. One of the better things about eDiets is the food is fresh and you also have a ton more choices, I went with a lot of low-carb options because that works best for me. Thanks to everyone who posts, I know I don't post enough but reading posts here always keeps me inspired.
