Hi!! I'm glad your trying Nutrisystem, its really good. Okay, a typical day is like this:
Breakfast: A NS Chocolate Chip Granola Bar
Yoplait Light Boston Cream Pie Fat-Free Yougurt
Water
Lunch: NS Vegetarian Sloppy Joe (add garlic powder and tsp of ketchup)
Cup of Romaine Salad w/ Fat-free Italian Ceasar Dressing
Grapes
Yoplait Yogurt
Water
Dinner:NS Rotini w/Meatballs
2 Servings of Stir-Fry veggies (add garlic powder)
Yogurt (I need more calcium than most people)
1 tsp. Peanut Butter
DesertNacho Soy Chips or
Chocolate (yes, they have chocolate
)
