I thought I just signed up for the general womens program. But i notice all my food talks about the glycemic index program... am I on it? Also some of the things i see talked about at jazzman- ie nachos- were not on my food options...

just got to thinking...

its probably good for me to be on anyway... the big D runs in my fam.

All of the new NS food called "Nourish" is on the GI plan. They used to have a totally different line that was not on the GI plan-they changed it about 1-2 years ago, I believe, over to the Nourish line.
The nachos MAY be the tacos-since they are on the little shells. Some people alter their entrees using their grocery store additions-like taking the taco entree and adding salsa and lettuce for their vegetable and mixing it all up-making a taco salad. There are a lot of alterations you can do with the entrees.
