I did nutrisystem a few years ago and lost 30 lbs. I slowly gained (over the next 3 years) it back since I was no longer adhering to the strict portion control regimen in which the whole concept revolves around. You have to really be diligent when you're done eating all the food and losing weight about sticking to a portion control routine.

Hi Melanie, I've been doing this for awhile now. I've got about 16 pounds to go. I use all my free food, and jazz up the entries I wouldn't like normally
