I started out at 390 and I am down to 342 in 6 weeks. I am in a weight management program through my local hospital. The soups and shakes are edible. The weekly meetings are helpful. I've am motivated.
I'm not sure if there is anyone else out there who wants to commiserate, but I'm game.
