Advanced Health Systems (Robard) vs Medifast
 

I started going to a weight loss center. I see a dietician and a bariatric doc. There specialty is bariatric surgery but I am in a non-surgical program. I am starting Qsymia today. I am on a VLCD for 1 week with Robard food. I can add vegetables but the rest is packaged. I won't have to buy food afterwards but I think I would like to still have protein bars and shakes along with regular food. Does nayone know the cost differences between the Robard brand and medifast. Would it be cheaper just to buy protein powder/bars at the store?
