Pro-energy
Good Evening,
Has anyone tried Pro-Energy? A lot of clinics that were ideal protein have switched to pro energy. Does anyone have info on this. |
Yup! Been on it 5 weeks - down 20 lbs! Eat 6 times per day. 2 eggs in the morning, pro-energy snack, lunch with 4oz meat and veggies, pro-energy snack, supper with 4oz meat and veggies and one last pro energy snack! It's great:)
