Questions about Opti-Fast Transition / Maintenance Phase
I have a few questions for those who are either in the Opti-Fast transition to food phase or in the Maintenance ("full-food") phase.
How much did you lose in the Active weight loss weeks of the plan?
How much did you regain once you started incorporating food?
How diligent are you with your healthy eating and portion control?
How many calories a day do you eat?

My Mini Goals:
1) Exercise 6 days per week at least 45 minutes per day
2) Every day burn at least 500 more calories than I eat
3) Goal weight for bariatric surgery (need to reach by 11/7): 224
4) Make the most of each moment
