sour cream and onion crunch o's
la Croix orange water
4 oz ground chuck patty (off the grill)
small baked sweet potato w/1tsp butter, salt and pepper
salad (lettuce, gr onion, cilantro, mushroom slices, tomato, cauliflower)
16 oz water
chocolate cake pkt
la Croix coconut water
*I don't do the recommended fruit and starch at breakfast or it makes me ravenous the rest of the day
*hb eggs at lunch in place of a bar. I have never found a bar I like and they tend to slow down my loss anyway.
