Hi all! You all seem to have a wealth of info with regard to Medifast.
I am just starting my journey. I need to lose about 70 lbs. I can stomach the bars and shakes and the lean and green...but the meal packets seem pretty gross. Am I sabotaging myself by skipping those packets and eating say 1/2 of a cup of cottage cheese and a little cucumber? Or 2ozs of tuna and 1/4 of a slice of whole grain bread? I would love to find another way to eat a little more fresh food in addition to the lean and green. I would substitute one of the 5 meals of the day. Tell me there is a way!!
