Ok so I have been on the Optifast program now for a little less than 6 weeks now and I've lost 14 lbs. I was doing the full fast but found that it wasn't the right plan for me since I was constantly "cheating" and picking on a daily basis, so I switched to the modified plan instead and I start tomorrow. I did a search for some recipes that people have been sticking to while on the modified program and wasn't able to find anything (sorry if I missed something) and I was hoping to start a thread where people can post the recipes they use within the guidelines given for modified so we can see how we can make variety in our meals. Any suggestions???
