Default meal replacement bars?
does anyone use them? are they any good? whats the best ones? lol as you can tell i'm looking for any info good or bad on them.

I use Medifast. The Peanut Butter Crunch is awesome, as is the Chocolate Mint. I also eat the Caramel Crunch.

I love the WonderSlim caramel brownie bars, and the cinnamon crunch bars are great too. I recently received a variety box and am looking forward to trying others. The bars are handy to take to work since we only have 5 minute breaks each hour.
