11 weeks in and hunger ramped up
 

My hub started Medifast on January 3. He has lost over 60 pounds. All of a sudden his appetite really increased. He has been working out a bit more, partly due to our new weights machine. Tonight I caught him eating the leftover of our L&G that was to be my lunch tomorrow. Plus I have been starting the DIYmedifast plan someone posted and have nuts in the house and he eats those too. I am not sure what he should be doing now. I know he wants to lose about 40 more pounds.

You could ask Nutrition Support on the Medifast site (post or call). Often they recommend a 4&2 plan if you are working out more. That's 4 Medifast meals and 2 full Lean & Green meals. Maybe he could try that.
