I am totally new to posing on boards. I am usually just a surfer! This is day 3 on physicians weight loss program (PWL). I am on the 900 calorie energy program. It's high protein but a little more carbs. Was just looking for support. Mid-day yesterday was rough! Really tired. But, got through it. Am surprised how much energy I have this morning. I've tried low cal high protein but usually have no energy. I think PWL is similar to the other progams discussed on this message board. How has everyone else done the first week?
