So! My moms best friend is a slim4life coach and has given me the diet instructions for free. Being the naturally thin sales woman she is... it's hard for me to believe the wonderful things she says. If anyone has done this diet any feedback would be awesome (she says I'll have to buy the supplements from her "at a discount price" btw)

Run far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those supplements can run over a thousand dollars and talk about high pressure saleswomen. I passed out by the third day on this so called diet. I was strong enough to tell my counselor no I am not buying supplements especially when you can go to GNC and get the samething for a 1/3 of the cost. Go online and read the reviews, this is the worst thing I have ever spent money on. You can do the diet which basically you starve and you don't need these supplements
