Nope, I've been fine on any diet plan I tried even with working out. You might need to try smaller rations and or parts individually at a time to figure out what's causing it. Is it the full meals, certain parts of the meals, etc. Also what else are you doing in the course of those days that might not be working for you? Extensive exercising? Meds?

Could be the soy. I wonder what they put in their food sometimes. It seems - suspicious. I am eating mostly only NS food - and not sick when I eat other food - meat, veg, whatever. Well - I am only doing it for 5 more weeks.
I did, but not with every NS item. Something in certain items with the preservatives for making it shelf-stable. Some of them I could smell it. I was a part of a writers review program so I tried everything on the menu at one point. It got to the point there were only a handful of items that I
2. did not make me nauseous after eating
3. did not have an odd smell that make me nauseous before eating
