does NS food make you nauseous?

Everyday - especially after breakfast - I feel really nauseous? Is that normal? like aversion therapy or something?

JuniperBee 04-09-2012 12:11 PM

I never had trouble with nausea. Their products have a lot of soy - maybe you have a sensitivity to that?

Misskelann 04-09-2012 02:14 PM

No nausea here.

Are you working out too much?

Drink a lot of water!

I tried it a few years ago and the food was way to salty for me. Not sure if that could be doing it.

Nope, I've been fine on any diet plan I tried even with working out. You might need to try smaller rations and or parts individually at a time to figure out what's causing it. Is it the full meals, certain parts of the meals, etc. Also what else are you doing in the course of those days that might not be working for you? Extensive exercising? Meds?

Could be the soy. I wonder what they put in their food sometimes. It seems - suspicious. I am eating mostly only NS food - and not sick when I eat other food - meat, veg, whatever. Well - I am only doing it for 5 more weeks.

I did, but not with every NS item. Something in certain items with the preservatives for making it shelf-stable. Some of them I could smell it. I was a part of a writers review program so I tried everything on the menu at one point. It got to the point there were only a handful of items that I

1. liked
2. did not make me nauseous after eating
3. did not have an odd smell that make me nauseous before eating
