I am so excited. My WS order is in. I took everyone's favorites so I can't wait to figure out which are mine. How long does it usually take with normal shipping?

Meka - Good luck with your weigh in.

I find that WS is the easiest diet that I have done in ages.
Having a set structure helps me stay on it.
Every time I begin to waver I just jump on;ine and start reading the posts and it keeps me from cheating.

Good luck to everyone on your endeavors for this week.

Congrats to everyone on their successes...welcome to the new adventurers! I have been pretty much non-stop on the go, so I will apologize for not being current in my post reading.

I hit 20# this week...very excited. So close to 10%...I do believe a new pair of shoes will be my "prize"

Sally, I love San Diego! My Sis lived there for several years, I absolutely loved visiting her. Way better weather than we get here in the Valley.
My WS is scheduled for delivery on 5/5, so excited to start. Right now I am doing slim fast to get started

When money is tight I also use Slim Fast in place of the shakes. I much prefer the WS shakes though. They taste so much better and I like using water instead of the milk that you need for Slim Fast.
I also use the Pure Protein bars as a replacement and Kashi Go Lean Cereal to help stay within the budget when needed.

Hi all-

Yes I am still here. I have a wedding celebration on June 23rd. Going to try to get it together and get some weight off before then.

You all sound like you are doing good.

You can find Ultra system foods at big lots. They had them 20% off so it made them appox. 80 cents a serving. Tuna Salad, Vegetarian chili. Check it out.

Pure protein is also making a shake mix. I have to be careful them they make me have gas....lol.

Havent been on the scale so lets just say I am trying to maintain.

On the subject of substitutes for WS items - I tried the hotcake recipe that I linked a few pages back and it was great. Super easy to make and made more than I expected {I made them small though}. Reheated nicely too.

I use the JM shakes and they are identical to the WS ones except for the vitamin - I just make sure to take a daily vitamin.

I got my order and am so excited. Now the hard part, not digging in and trying everything all at once. It all looks SO good. I started with a pastry because I got it right before I had to run off for the morning and it was really good. It wasn't a poptart or a pastry struddel but it was pretty good for diet food. The icing tasted sweet, just kind of a diet bar type texture. Next up today, smoothie snack. I'm so looking forward to it!

Pastry-never heard of them? I had a great surprise today. I got on the scale and was very surprised to see that I had not gained weight.

Hi all,

new here and I need some help, hoping you can give it
I am european and following a low carb high protein diet.

I don't know if it's comparable- a first active stage with one real protein meal (chicken, tuna, ...) a day, lots of veggies (but some restricted) and 4 protein powder/meal replacers like vanilla pudding and so on. I started 12nd march and with 1.72cm lost 12kg (24pounds?). I believe it's an 800 kcal's a day plan.

It works great -so far so good- but the thing is, we are planning our holidays in the states (washington D.C- round trip cherokee, assateague,...) end of june. First I thought I would do it in 2 phases: pre holiday and stabilization and post holiday but it's going so well that I want to continue. Now, the big question is: where can I find these products (protein shakes) in the US as I am quite sure I can't bring them on the plane?

Can anyone give me tips, shops, websites or makes and types in US (here it's called Kyalin and eurodiet but I guess it has other names there?).

Thank you!
Tigs
