I bought a thermos. I heat it with boiling water, then fill it with my hot meal. It lasts for a few hours that way. I also bought freezer bowls and I fill them with pudding, then I pack a bar, a bag of snacks, and a shake. Lasts me through an 8-hour day.

I have my cereal and shake before going to work.
At work I take my shaker bottle, 2 shakes, 1 protein bar and 1 package of soup.
I have my breakfast at 8 am, mid-morning snack (shake) around 11 am, lunch (soup and protein bar)around 1 pm, mid-afternoon snack (shake) around 4 then lean and green dinner around 6 or 7pm.

Down another two pounds.
I will be sporadic for the next week and a half, heading to FL! I'm going to eat on plan, though my dinner meal will be vacation food and I'm having one treat/dessert each day. I'll be at Disney World, with loads of walking. So hopefully I will be able to at least maintain where I am.
Right back to plan when I get home!

Finny: Congratulations on your loss! Have a great time on vacation, sounds like you have a good plan to still enjoy it without blowing the program.
I'm going to be away for a while, some issues I need to take care of, and know I will need to go on a form of maintenance for about a month after a surgical procedure. But...I will be doing everything in my power not to let myself stray from this successful program.
Hope everyone continues with their weight loss.

I'm back!!
Wow. So many new faces!! I don't see everyone that used to be here.
I had to stop WS because I was picked up by Nutrisystem to do a review of the program for a year. My contract is over so I am getting ready to place my WS order and get started again.
Started a new job this week so I have been mindlessly munching and its driving me nuts!
Look forward to getting to know the new faces.

Not Loosing
UGH, so upset, and I know we are only suppose to weigh in once a week, but I've been checking since Monday and haven't lost ANYTHING, seems like I gained and don't know friggen how.
I have been doing all of my food, not eating ANYTHING off from the WS plan, drinking all of my water and actually bringing in 2 pound weights on my 3-5 mile walks during the morning. Drinking way more than 70ounces of water, and haven't lost any this week. I know it's only Friday, but still I haven't gone out in the two weeks I've been on the diet, and if I have, I've been back home to eat my allotted foods and nothing else. My husband says that I'm stressing about it and thats messing me up but STILL, NOTHING.
Any suggestions would be great.

You could be retaining water, with all the exercise it can make your weight go up a bit at first. Also, I find if I do not eat enough calories while exercising a lot, my weight loss slows way down!
Hi irishchik! Welcome back to WS, it is great to meet you!

Just started today with my alternative to WS with all grocery store foods version - so far so good. I am finding the JM vanilla shake really really BLAND and yucky though - are the WS ones any better? I can't do chocolate due to allergy so I'm stuck with the vanilla. I choked down shake #2 for the day, but it really felt vile.
Any ideas to doctor them up that don't involve chocolate or cocoa?
Also - are you supposed to eat your scheduled meal even if you aren't hungry? I still wasn't hungry 3 hours after breakfast, but I went ahead and had my morning snack because it was time to.

Sometimes your body just does not want to let go much like sending a kid off to college then you will have a whoosh and it is gone.
Hang in there. I have been at 300 for almost a week and that is with staying strict to my diet.

Dakota, try mixing it with cold chai tea to make a chai latte. Or mix it with diet root beer or orange soda for root beer float or creamscicle?

Congratulations Sally!!!
When I see 279 on my scale I might have a party. I've been holding at 280-281 but I'm not updating my ticker until I weigh in today.
