You don't have to think, go to meetings, or empty your wallet. Just select your product and go. Add in a 15 minute intensive exercise and the fat will melt like butter on a hot knife.
Look forward to your one regular meal per day (typically dinner) of fresh, healthy food of your choosing. Add in a few 100 calorie snack during the day/evening and you're done. Rinse and repeat.
On a cost per meal basis, Ideal Shape is excellent at about $1.35 per meal. GNC Lean is also good at $1.87/meal. Medifast, SlimFast, Prograde, and Shakelee are progressively more expensive per meal. Shakeology tops the chart at about $4 per meal (a bit cheaper in you become a coach).
Sure, you have to learn to deal with all sorts of emotional demons, just like on any other diet, but that's a subject for another day!
