Switching from MF to WS, experiences?
 

Hey everyone, I am currently on MF, but I am thinking of switching to WS. I like the option of having bread and fruit back in my life. Wanted to know if anyone has done this and how has their weight loss changed or did you not notice much change. ;) Would love to buy any WS product that anyone has left, PM me.

hi, i too switched to using wonderslim's products, but i still use the medifast plan. i find it helps me lose the most weight the quickest and most consistently. wonderslim's products are less expensive and taste much better!

Did you order boxes or the starter kit? Are you eating the lunches or sticking to the shakes? I am not a big shake drinker and it is more difficult at work. I tend to like the prepackaged for convinence.

I ordered the 2 week started kit because I wanted the free vitamins and blender bottle. But I made requests to only get the things I wanted.

I like the cocomint and mocha cream shakes. The spicy mac & cheese, chicken noodle soup, and the cinnamon crunch cereal the best. I try to not do 2 of the higher carb meals in the same day. Like I wouldn't have an oatmeal and the spicy mac & cheese on the same day.

I'm on day 4 and I've already lost 6lbs.
