So I'm starting a wt loss plan that kinda copies the concept of jenny,nutrisystem, etc. but is more affordable. So here's my plan:
For breakfast have cereal and fruit or egg white omelet and fruit. For lunch and dinner, have either a healthy soup with a small baked potato or a frozen dinner + veggies. For 2 snacks a day, have a piece of fruit, 2 boiled eggs, yogurt, or veggies. And drink 100 oz of water daily. I'm not really gonna be counting calories, just sticking to this meal plan but I figure it'll add up to 1200-1400 calories a day.
My exercise plan is to ride my exercise bike for 30min/5 days a week (adding 10min each week to work up to an hour) and do strength training twice a week.
I hope to lose 2-3lbs a week. I currently weigh 143.4lbs and wanna get down to 115lbs. I'm 5'2 btw. I'm gonna weigh in once a week, on Monday. Today's weigh in is 143.4. I hope to find and give support to others who are on a wt loss journey as well.
