I noticed a couple of posts on Wonderslim, it seems like a great program. I do have one concern.

Does it affect your blood sugar?

I"m hypoglycemic, and it seems that if I do not get enough carbs in my diet I crash.

Any answers would be greatly appreciated. I didn't want to post my question in an already formed thread and lose it.

It doesn't affect me because I get to eat every 2-3 hours. My body doesnt have time to crash.
