Hi everyone,

I have recently started using the Wonderslim program again. I lost weight when I used it before and still need to lose around 40lbs. I have a question about tofu (House brand)shirataki noodles. I am one that really likes them. I have learned to cook them and add them to wonderslim products. My favorite right now is the Vegijoe with some onion and pepper and a package of angel hair shirataki noodles. They help keep me full at 40 cals per package. Would I count that as a vegetable? Does anyone know? Also, can you eat too many shiratki noodles???? Like 2 bags per day for a total of 80 calories.

hi...based on what i've found (and i use wonderslim products, but i am on the medifast plan) 1/2 cup of shirataki noodles count as one veggie serving.

just thought i'd let you know that you inspired me.

for dinner tonight i had a package of shirataki noodles with 6 oz of grilled chicken strips and mixed that all together with 2 tbsp of makoto ginger dressing...soooo good!

ooooo I love shirataki noodles! I haven't had them for over a year though... they are sooo hard to find! (anyone know where to find them in vancouver bc? )
