Is anyone using these? I just recieved the stax system wondering if anyone has any good meal ideas for phase 1 or good combos I know the basics like meat and veggies obviously and cottage cheese but wondering if any of you have any recipes for combos

I just ordered my system tonight and am excited to start it. I have been using calorie counting but am so tired of it. This system looked a bit easier and i think will help with my portion control. He actually has a carb cycling program i want to try. After ordering the system they tailor it to you but you need the password emailed to you and im still waiting for it...How long have you been using stax?

I just got mine at the start of this week I can't really tell too much about it yet cuz honestly I've just been using the timer so far and counting calories but the timer has really been helping me a lot I'm able to eat on time so I don't get so hungry and overeat or have bad cravings. I'll let you know how the actual system works when I start using the whole thing.

I just got mine this morning and im feeling kinda guilty about spending 70.00 for a bunch of tupperware lol. Although i love his program it makes so much sense. Im a stay at home mom so i wont be using the cooler..just the timer and cups..im debating weather to return it and just do the program. I cant find anyone else using the system not even on google..

yeah i kinda feel the same way I've still just been using the timer I'll probably keep it though still even though it is over priced.
