Lisa- thanks, but somehow I am still worried about weigh in haha! I know the fear is more about losing motivation if I do not lose. I am repeating do not borrow from tomorrow ...to not borrow from tomorrow. It is helping.

Oh I understand! I may offer advice, but when it come sdown to it, I worry every wednesday as well and replay the entire weeks food in my head and think about how maybe i didn't need the popcorn or should have worked out more or or or or ... or I could or myself to death!
But in the end, I know I shouldn't worry because there is always next week. That's the great thing about obsessing.. I know exactly what to change if I don't get the results I want! It's just actually doing it, instead of talking about it! lol!

I received my "Fudge and Graham" crispy bars on Saturday and also received a sample of the cinnamon crispy bar. They were both delicious and filling. I've tried Medifast before and they are so much bigger and tastier than the MF crispy bars. I will be ordering them again....just my opinion .
Also, my numbers from yesterday (6/27, 1st day 100% WS 1200 cal plan...as written):
1125 cal/20.95 fat/100.8 carb/26.6 fiber/108.5 protein

I need more ideas on some lean and green meals....what are some of your favorites?
I usually do a piece of fish or chicken....with a bunch of steamed veggies. I'd like to switch it up a bit so I feel like I'm getting more variety...please share!!!

Hi all - well, today was that dreaded day that seems to be the topic of conversation here........the dread - worry, worry worry. Thanks, Kristikins for your saying "do not borrow from tomorrow". Have never heard that one before and it is so fittingfor all of us! Well, the worry that I was having yesterday is gone! and I am officially now in Onederland!!!!!!!!!!!! Have not seen this number for many, many years and am doing my happy dance today.
PChop -LisaE had some good advice... please don't beat yourself up too bad.......it is crazy what we seem to do to ourselves when it comes to all this. Just consider the little party a test and it either did or did not work......you will learn from it either way.
I am with Jeanelld - love those crispy graham fudge bars. Last time got a mix box of bars and that was a good choice. However, I seem to like all of them.
Hope you ladies all have a great Monday.

Thanks Porkchop. Just need to keep it going .
Congrats on your loss Waterwomen!!!!!!!! I am so looking forward to Onederland.
Jyoyo: One of my favorite meals is to saute a mix of onions, shallots, and garlic (pre-chopped mixed sold at Trader Joe's) in a little vegetable broth and then toss in some fresh green beans. I then cook either shrimp or scallops in the left over broth and garlic mixture with a splash of soy sauce. YUMMO!!!!!

Some days I skip my fruit to have a dinner with grilled corn on the cob! I also save my carbs and have one of the carbwise tortillas with smoked turkey real mayo mustard and lots of salad roll it up and cut it in half. It is big and makes me feel like I am cheating. I like turkey meatloaf too (kind of like a comfort food) I do not use soup mix. I use one package of turkey onion powder garlic powder one egg and worchester sauce with measured ketchup. I put it all in fitday to work out the numbers.
I also rely on fish because of the low calorie count compared to protein it gives me room for cooked veggies and then I can have FF dressing or butter.

Numbers for Day 2 out of 14 of my on plan challenge.
Calories: 1,113 Carbs: 67 Fat: 52 Protein: 103
My one meal was 2 low carb tortillas with skim milk mozzarella and pepperoni. It was delicious.
I also forgot to log my exercise yesterday.
Exercise Total: 30 minutes out of 120.
My cravings are pretty much gone again! That could be because not only am I challenging myself to eating well and exercising; today was day 1 of not smoking.
